SPM Update
This weekend we will be releasing the revised 0700 and 0700.1b reports. They will be available in the mapped ART Gallery reports folder on Monday, May 20th, 2019.

A summary of the two changed reports and report under investigation as listed below:

    • Corrected timestamp issue for Housing Move-in Date (HMID).
    • HMID is now included for RRH, PH-S, PH-H and PSH programs, not just RRH.
    • RRH, PH-S, PH-H, PSH programs without HMID are no longer counted towards overlap or negate overlap counts.
    • Added "Valid Entry Dates Overlap IS NOT NULL" as report filter on tabs A and B.
    • Added "LOT ES SH" and "LOT ES SH TH" as columns to the Detail tab for troubleshooting and identifying clients.
    • Cutoff date now correctly takes into account RRH, PH-S, PH-H and PSH programs.
    • Potential HMID Conflict column added.
    • Updated several variables to account for RRH/PH-S/PH-H/PSH programs, improved overlap logic, and improved LOT counts.
  • 0700.1b - Length of Time Persons Remain Homeless - Metric 1b - 7

    • Added "Valid Entry Dates Overlap IS NOT NULL" as report filter on tabs A and B.
    • Cutoff date now correctly takes into account RRH, PH-S, PH-H and PSH programs.
    • Updated several variables to account for RRH/PH-S/PH-H/PSH programs, improved overlap logic, and improved LOT counts.
  • 0703 - Employment and Income Growth for CoC Funded Projects Metric 4 - v5
    • Investigating potential issue with how reviews for Annual Assessment at 30 days are possibly being excluded as outside range.
    • Investigating potential issue with how non-HoH adults are flagged as error for Annual Assessment due to wrong anniversary date.

Our recommendation regarding data cleaning is to hold off until Monday before doing any data clean up on the 0700 and 07001b reports as there is likely to be less data cleaning required with the new versions.  The 0703 report can be used now as only a few clients will be impacted by the potential changes.  If a revision is necessary, it will go out next weekend. We will send out an announcement late next week if we have to release a revised 0703 report.
