SNAPS and Office of HIV/AIDS Housing Update for Lapse in Federal Funding

As you may be aware, annual funding for the federal government has expired. Recipients will continue to be able to draw down funds on existing grants. However, most Field and Headquarters Offices are closed. If you have an emergency that will interrupt the delivery of essential housing and emergency services for homeless persons and persons with AIDS to protect against imminent threats to the safety of human life, please submit a question through the HUD Exchange Ask A Question (AAQ) portal. To submit a question regarding the lapse in federal funding, select the applicable program, either CoC, ESG, or HOPWA, from the “My question is related to” drop down list on Step 2 of the question submission process.
