VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Baltimore County Point-In-Time Count 2019 (homeless census)

Baltimore County is seeking volunteers to participate in its annual Point-In-Time count (homeless census) on 1/22/19, 8am-5pm.  This is an opportunity to reach out to homeless persons (w/our trained outreach workers) to complete a short survey, and to provide them with street kits.  The data collected will be sent directly to our U.S. Congress, other federal partners, and local partners to advocate for homeless services funding.

How It Works

• Register to volunteer for either 9 hr (preferred) or 4 hr shift (choose when you register)
• Attend 20-30 min training at our Towson office or via WebEx (choose when you register)
• On 1/22/19, meet your team at designated street location (choose when you register)
