State Solutions in Workforce: Workforce Retention With New York and Columbia University

Wednesday, January 17, 2018 | 2–3 p.m. Eastern Time
Participate in the next quarterly webinar that will highlight current innovations in developing the nation's addiction and mental health workforce. The sixth webinar in this series will highlight the work of The Center for Practice Innovations (CPI). Funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health, CPI aims to promote the widespread availability of evidence-based practices and core competencies to the behavioral health workforce through training and implementation support. Building practitioner competency—efficiently, conveniently, and at no cost—is one key strategy addressing workforce retention. Presenters will discuss other facets of CPI's work in offering online training resources, leading learning collaboratives, developing digital service tools, and offering continuing education credits.
