Bowman Client Update
Maintenance Scheduled for 1/28/2018
In response to the recently discovered "Meltdown" vulnerability, we will be performing proactive data center maintenance to secure our hosting environment and production servers. This maintenance window is scheduled to occur between Sunday, January 28th at 11pm CST and Monday, January 29th at 3am CST.
All services, including ServicePoint, ART, CommunityPoint, Qlik Sense, and SPERO will be unavailable on a rolling basis for a period of no more than 20 minutes at some point during this 4 hour maintenance window.
Please review the official Meltdown and Spectre Customer Notification document found in the the "Libraries > HACS Development & Technical Information" area of the Mediware Customer Community to learn more about the preventative measures Mediware is taking to ensure we are adequately protected from this vulnerability.
