Paul Weech joins the Affordable Housing Institute as a senior principal. Weech most recently served as President and CEO of NeighborWorks America, and in senior roles for the Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future and the Housing Partnership Network.
David M. Dworkin has joined the National Housing Conference (NHC) as its next President and CEO. Dworkin joins NHC from the U.S. Treasury Department, where he was a senior housing policy advisor. He previously served at Fannie Mae in community lending partnership roles, as a foreign policy and defense advisor in the House of Representatives, and in several roles under the Secretary of State in the first Bush administration. 
The Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) has named Daniel A. Nissenbaum president and CEO. Nissenbaum, a longtime LIIF board member and Goldman Sachs executive, is also former chair of the National Housing Conference board. He succeeds Nancy O. Andrews who is stepping down after 20 years of service at LIIF.
