About Chef Robert Irvine
With more than 27 years in the culinary field, Chef Irvine has cooked his way throughout the world in restaurants and hotels, and on the high seas. As the host of Restaurant: Impossible, he saved struggling restaurants across America by assessing a restaurant's weak spots and helping owners and managers overhaul them. Chef Irvine is committed to supporting military personnel and their families through the Robert Irvine Foundation. He received special recognition for his commitment to the U.S. military when he was designated Honorary Chief Petty Officer by the U.S. Navy; in 2015, the Congressional Medal of Honor Society bestowed upon him the Bob Hope Award for Excellence in Entertainment and Support of Our Service Members.
About the Voice Awards
For the past 12 years, SAMHSA's Voice Awards program has helped improve the nation's views and knowledge about mental illnesses and addictions. It does this by recognizing exemplary television and film productions that raise public awareness, as well as consumer/peer leaders whose work and personal stories of resilience demonstrate that recovery from mental illnesses and addictions is not only possible, but is taking place every day.

Introducing Mediware Customer Community - The New Customer Support Portal

Mediware Logo
New Customer Support Portal
We are excited to announce we have transitioned to our new portal, known as Mediware Customer Community.
If you had access to submit cases in CollaboranGo, you should have received an email with your login credentials and the URL to access the Mediware Customer Community. Please notify your Customer Care Analyst if you have not received this email.
You can access cases that were closed in the last six months and enter new support cases at this time. Existing open cases are still being migrated to the Mediware Customer Community. We expect this to be complete by July 31, 2017.
The Mediware Customer Community offers a new and improved way to track and share ideas for product improvement. Due to this new method, existing Feature Enhancement cases have been cataloged for internal reference and will not be visible in the new system.
Please see our Mediware Customer Community User Guide for guidance on how to navigate and use this new system. A link to this document can be found in the welcome text in the center of the Mediware Customer Community Home page.
Note: case numbers have been changed to align with the new system's numbering system and sequence.
If you have any questions, please contact your Customer Care Analyst.
