We are pleased to announce that Qlik Sense upgrades are currently in progress with nearly half of the customer base upgraded to a version of ServicePoint that includes both Qlik Sense and ART! Your Customer Care Analyst will reach out to you in the upcoming weeks to schedule your upgrade.
*Reminder: access to this initial version of Qlik Sense will only be available to System Administrator II’s with Ad Hoc (Premium) ART licenses*
The first of many Qlik Sense webinar trainings will be on Tuesday May 23rd at 3:00 PM EDT. There will be an encore session on Thursday May 25th at 3:00 PM EDT. The first webinar, scheduled for one hour, is recommended for Sys Admin II's with an ART Ad Hoc License and will require registration which will be sent out a week before the training. The webinar will be recorded and distributed to attendees and made available for those who cannot attend.
In May 2017, we will post the following documents (and announce their availability via NewsFlash):
  • ART to Qlik Sense Transition Guide released
  • Qlik Sense Viewer Guide released
  • Qlik Sense FAQ released
  • Qlik Sense Technical Requirements Guide released
  • Qlik Sense Basic Report Creation Guide released
Upcoming documentation will include the following:
  • App Guide - This document will identify objects in the Qlik Sense app(s), in a manner similar to the ART Universe Guides
  • Qlik Sense Update Log – this document will include official Mediware documentation of any updates/changes to Qlik Sense
  • Various Qlik Sense Guides – these documents will assist with report development in several areas including Entry/Exit Reporting, Service Reporting, Referral Reporting, CallPoint Reporting, Measurement Reporting, Case Manager Reporting, and Goal Reporting.

ServicePoint 6 Alpha Phase 2 Update
We are in the process of preparing for phase 2 of getting your ServicePoint 6 alpha feedback. This round of feedback will be opened to additional participants who demonstrated interest in phase 1, but were not selected, on Wednesday 5/10/2017. The feedback period will close on Wednesday 5/17/2017.
We will notify participants next week with an email that will include instructions for accessing the ServicePoint 6 alpha site.
As communicated during Boot Camp 2017, we will continue to make opportunities to provide ServicePoint 6 feedback available on a regular basis and ensure that everyone who has expressed interest will have a chance to participate.
