New Customer Support Portal
We are excited to announce we have transitioned to our new portal, known as Mediware Customer Community.
If you had access to submit cases in CollaboranGo, you should have received an email with your login credentials and the URL to access the Mediware Customer Community. Please notify your Customer Care Analyst if you have not received this email.
You can access cases that were closed in the last six months and enter new support cases at this time. Existing open cases are still being migrated to the Mediware Customer Community. We expect this to be complete by July 31, 2017.
The Mediware Customer Community offers a new and improved way to track and share ideas for product improvement. Due to this new method, existing Feature Enhancement cases have been cataloged for internal reference and will not be visible in the new system.
Please see our Mediware Customer Community User Guide for guidance on how to navigate and use this new system. A link to this document can be found in the welcome text in the center of the Mediware Customer Community Home page.
Note: case numbers have been changed to align with the new system's numbering system and sequence.
