5/3/17 HUD System Performance Measures Reports Update
A reminder that the HUD System Performance Measures and HUD Data Quality Framework are due to HUD by close of business on 05/31/2017.
  • We released the 0640 V4 report this past weekend and it is available in the mapped ART Gallery reports folder.
  • A new 0700.1b report for Metric 1b will release over the coming weekend and be available Monday, May 8th. If a site does not receive the report, we will be reviewing the auto-mapper results on Monday and re-running it where applicable.
Please be aware that you will need to create reporting groups for the 0640 report because HUD wants this report run on a variety of date ranges and groupings of providers. Please make sure that you set aside enough time to run this report multiple times (as many as 20 times) before the submission deadline.
In a previous announcement, we mentioned a possible change to the 0704 - Number of Persons First Time Homeless Metric 5 report as well. However, after reviewing the HUD report specifications we found that our report is correct and doesn't require any modifications. The error was in the HDX screen labels.
