System Performance Measures / ART Gallery Update
Communities have until May 31, 2017 to submit their HUD System Performance Measures (ART Gallery 700 Series) for this year's annual CoC Program Competition via the HDX. You’ll optionally have the opportunity to re-submit FY2015 data and you will be able to input the FY2016 data.
Please note, will be manual data entry and not via HUD CSV (an optional part of the specifications).
***Note: Please be sure you are using the most updated version of the SPM reports from the following folder: Public Folder/ART Gallery reports and Resources/ART Gallery Reports***
The following reports are available and ready for use at any time:

  • 0701 Exit to PH w/Return to Homelessness, Metric 2
  • 0702 Number of Homeless Persons, Metric 3.2
  • 0703 Income Growth for CoC Funded Projects, Metric 4
  • 0706 Permanent Housing Placement-Retention, Metric 7

0705A and 0705B reports are for communities approved to serve Category 3 Homeless clients. As these reports are not required this year, we will hold release until a later date.

** You do not need to change the transaction cutoff date prompt for each year; it is defaulted to the appropriate date**
Report changes/Review:
  • 0700 Length of Time Persons Homeless, Metric 1 - This report will be updated shortly to include Metric 1b.
  • 0704 Number of Newly Homeless Persons, Metric 5 - This report is under review for a potential coding change.
