review a new supportive housing self assessment tool
CSH, with the help of The Urban Institute, is developing a Supportive Housing Self-Assessment Tool to assess the organizational capacity of supportive housing providers. This tool examines the organizational attributes of organizations — and their communities — that are currently or wish to become involved in permanent supportive housing as developers, property managers, scattered-site housing managers or service providers.

If you would like to review, beta-test, or learn more about the tool, please email Jasmine Simington.

Households must contribute 30 percent of their income toward their rent. Jurisdictions are limited as to the amount of HOME dollars they are allowed to use for TBRA.
