Your Assistance Needed in the Design of HUD Exchange – Grantee Pages

HUD continues to seek assistance from HUD Exchange users who are interested in testing the design, navigation, and functionality of the HUD Exchange in 2016.
There is currently a need for users who currently use or would be interested in using the HUD Exchange to find information about grantees, such as:
  • Contact information for grantee organizations

  • Awards or allocations for grantees

  • Reports describing grantee activity (such as dashboard reports, performance profiles, activity reports, etc.)
Individuals who are eligible for testing must be available for a 30-minute to one-hour usability testing session. The testing session will be conducted online using web conferencing technology. You must have access to the internet and a phone during testing.
If you are interested in participating in this grantee data-focused usability testing please provide your contact information by Friday, November 4, 2016 using the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HUDXUsabilityTestingGrantees.
A website team member will contact you as testing opportunities become available. Thank you for your interest!
Note: If you previously expressed interest in usability testing, please also respond to this survey as this survey is targeted specifically at users who are interested in the grantee-related data on the HUD Exchange.
