ART Gallery Update For Monday October 10th
We have made the following updates to the ART Gallery:
0625 - HUD CoC APR - v29 - This report has been updated with the recent 10/1/2016 HUD changes with the following exceptions where HUD has not provided clarification on how to count these new picklist values in the 0625 report so they will show up as "Information Missing" on both the 0625 and the 0631 ART Gallery reports:
- Question 7 - "Residence Prior to Entry" - "Interim Housing" will count as "Missing Data"
- Question 20a3 - "Residence Prior to Program Entry - Other Locations" - "Interim Housing" will count as "Information Missing"
- Question 26a2 - "Non-Cash Benefits by Exit Status - Leavers" - "Indian Health Services Program" will count as "Information Missing"
- Question 26a2 - "Non-Cash Benefits by Exit Status - Stayers" - "Other" will count as "Information Missing"
- Question 26b2 - "Non-Cash Benefits by Exit Status - Leavers" - "Indian Health Services Program" will count as "Information Missing"
- Question 26b2 - "Non-Cash Benefits by Exit Status - Stayers" - "Other" will count as "Information Missing"
0631 - HUD CoC APR Detail - v24 - This report has been updated with the recent 10/1/2016 HUD changes with the following exceptions. HUD has not provided clarification on how to count these new picklist values in the 0625 report so they will show up as "Information Missing" on both the 0625 and the 0631 ART Gallery reports.
- Tab D - "Living Situation" - "Interim Housing" will show in red font on yellow background indicating a non-HUD value which are counted as "Missing" on 0625 APR.
- Tab K2 - "Entry Health Insurance Type" - "Indian Health Services Program" will show in red font on yellow background indicating a non-HUD value which are counted as "Missing" on 0625 APR.
- Tab K2 - "Entry Health Insurance Type" - "Other" will show in red font on yellow background indicating a non-HUD value which are counted as "Missing" on 0625 APR.
- Tab K2 - "Exit/Follow-up Health Insurance Type" - "Indian Health Services Program" will show in red font on yellow background indicating a non-HUD value which are counted as "Missing" on 0625 APR.
- Tab K2 - "Exit/Follow-up Health Insurance Type" - "Other" will show in red font on yellow background indicating a non-HUD value which are counted as "Missing" on 0625 APR.
0603 - HOPWA CAPER - v10 - Resolved issue where clients were not pulling into the report. We will send out NewsFlashes in the future as we continue to update ART Gallery reports. If HUD provides clarification on how to count these new picklist values then we will update the 0625/0631 reports again and send out another NewsFlash.
