FY 2016 CoC-PHA Crosswalk Report
Provides CoCs with information for question 1C-4 of the FY 2016 CoC Application, which asks about Public Housing Agencies' (PHAs) progress on serving homeless households for the five largest PHAs that are located within a CoC's geography during the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015.
