Presenters: Carlton Speight from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Terri Hay and Crystal L. Brandow from Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA), and Glynis Jones from Westat, Inc.

Description: This webinar will introduce SAMHSA's Program to Achieve Wellness (PAW). A new program, the PAW complements SAMHSA's existing Wellness Initiative by facilitating the implementation of wellness best practices for people with mental or substance use disorders. The webinar will discuss technical assistance and resources that states and territories can use for their wellness activities; and will review the vision, goals, and activities of the PAW.

Who should attend: State, territory, tribe, and county-level mental health and substance use disorders treatment/recovery systems administrators, consumers and people in recovery, behavioral health providers, homelessness service providers, peer providers, providers of other health and human services (primary health care, housing, employment), policymakers, public health professionals, and researchers.
