Materials from the May 5, 2106 Section 3 Reporting Using SPEARS v 2.0 for State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Grantees Webinar are now available. This webinar provides information for State CDBG grantees on reporting Section 3 outcomes in the Section 3 Performance Evaluation and Registry System (SPEARS). State CDBG grantees are able to report Section 3 outcomes in SPEARS with the release of SPEARS version 2.0. SPEARS is a web-based system that allows direct recipients of HUD funding that are covered by Section 3 to submit Form HUD 60002.
