HUD has posted the following Consolidated Plan resources:
HUD has updated the guide to include editorial changes for clarity. This version also includes edits on the following topics:
- Copying and Amending Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan: Additional guidance in process for copying and amending Consolidated and Annual Action Plans.
- Consortia Instructions: Additional guidance for Consortia in managing amendments to the Consolidated Plan and copying Action Plans.
- Clarifications to Completing the CAPER: This version of the Desk Guide provides additional clarification to the requirements for completing the CAPER including the ESG eCart Upload.
