HUD Announces Tribal HUD-VASH Awards
26 awards, nearly $6 million awarded to serve homeless veterans on Tribal lands
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced Tribal HUD-VASH funding awards for FY 2015. Tribal HUD-VASH expands the HUD-VASH program into Indian country to serve homeless and at-risk veterans living on or near Tribal lands.
For FY 2015, 26 awards totaling $5,878,516 were awarded to 26 tribes or tribally designated housing authorities nationwide.
