Success in Baltimore County, MD!!!

As per the shelter stats below, Baltimore County dramatically increased the rate of clients exiting shelters to permanent housing to 70% in 2015 (up from 27% in 2011)!!!  The county programs used their homeless data analysis from 2008-2010 to advocate for more effective homeless services funding to their local, state, and federal partners.  The additional funding allowed them to provide more shelter case management and rapid re-housing, which in turn produced significant increases in "Exits from Shelter to Permanent Housing," and significant decreases in "Homeless Recurrence."
