This is important information regarding repository uploads. Please read below. Data must be uploaded by Wednesday, February 3rd according to the new repository schedule discussed on our January national webinar.

The Repository is open. Please note that:

· You must upload data to the Repository by February 3. As announced in the webinar on January 21, the deadline for an on-time upload will be the THIRD BUSINESS DAY of each month going forward.
· You will receive a data quality report on February 4. No data quality reports will be sent before then.
· The Repository will remain open through February 10 for upload of corrections and updates.
· If you complete an upload between February 4 and February 10, you will receive a data quality report on February 11. DQ reports will only be sent twice each month: once on the first business day after the on-time deadline and once after the Repository closes.
