HUD has recently posted the recording and accompanying materials from the Defining “Chronically Homeless” Final Rule regional webinars. These webinars, held between January 5th and January 14th, 2016, introduced communities and stakeholders to the Final Rule on Defining “Chronically Homeless”, including the history of the definition of chronically homeless and the rationale for the changes implemented in the Final Rule, a highlight of the major changes, and the associated recordkeeping requirements for the documentation of chronic homelessness.
