The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Environment and Energy is pleased to announce another Q & A Session: Using HEROS for entitlement responsible entity staff in all HUD Regions. This live question and answer session provides an opportunity for persons involved in the environmental review process to address specific questions about using the HUD Environmental Review Online System (HEROS).
Please note, this is not a training on how to use HEROS. It is a forum for questions about using the system from current HEROS Users. There are training materials and e-tutorial videos available on the HEROS Resource page for users to view prior to the session. Responses to frequently asked questions are posted on the HEROS FAQs page.

Participants should familiarize themselves with the HEROS practice environment, review the HEROS User Guide, and watch the following HEROS e-Tutorials:

This session is for entitlement responsible entity staff with HEROS access.
Registration is open to participants who currently have access to HEROS. If you do not yet have HEROS access, please contact your local HUD Field or Regional Environmental Officer.
