Subject: The Repository is Open

Good morning,

The Repository is open. HMIS data for all SSVF grants should include all persons and services/TFA provided through 8/31/2015. It must be exported from HMIS and uploaded to the Repository no later than September 7 to comply with SSVF grant agreements.

The minimum acceptable data quality score is 90. The Repository will remain open on September 8 and 9 for upload of corrections and updates. Grantees with a score below 90 should use the data quality report to make corrections in HMIS and upload again no later than September 9. We strongly encourage you to complete your first upload as early as possible so that you have time to address issues identified in the data quality report.

If you have questions about SSVF data in HMIS, Repository reports, or your upload, please contact ssvfhmis@abtassoc.com.

With best wishes,
Repository Administrators
