NVTAC Webinar - Serving Homeless Veterans in Rural Programs

NVTAC Webinar – Serving Homeless Veterans in Rural Programs
Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at 2:00 pm EDT
The NCHV NVTAC is hosting the webinar "Serving Homeless Veterans in Rural Programs" on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
Serving homeless veterans is both challenging and rewarding work. For organizations that work in non-urban areas, that challenge is further complicated by a unique set of barriers associated with the realities of rural life. This webinar will explore these obstacles and discuss strategies to overcome them including how to establish effective partnerships. This session will feature two successful HVRP grantees, Skye Biasetti from U.S.VETS - Prescott (AZ) and Cathrene “Cat” Nichols from the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs as presenters.
