HMIS User Trainings

Trainings occur once a month on a recurring schedule.  Registration is required at least 5 business days in advance. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to leave and reschedule. Training dates and times may be subject to change at any time.  Please view the instructions below.  Thank you!

  • Training Schedule
    • Fourth Tuesday of every month (subject to change at any time)
      • Session #1 (Entry/Exit workflow): 9:00am - 12:00pm
      • Session #2 (ShelterPoint workflow): 1:00pm - 4:00pm
          
  • Registration Procedure
    • Submit a request via Support Portal
      • Registration required at least 5 business days prior
      • Option to attend live at our office or via WebEx
      • Be sure to write date + time in "Comments" section

  • If Attending Live at our Office
    • View map + arrive at least 20 mins early for parking + security
    • Electronic devices must be turned off during training
    • Training materials will be provided
         
  • If Attending via WebEx
    • Electronic devices must be turned off during training
    • WebEx link + training materials will be emailed prior to training
      • Print materials (to color printer) prior to training
    • Attendees must be in a quiet work environment
    • Must be in front of a computer w/internet
    • Call long distance via land-line (do NOT use computer mic)
    • Test your computer's compatibility to WebEx at least one week prior
