FY 2014 CoC Program Competition Application: Deadline Reminder

As of today, October 23, 2014, there are 8 days remaining until the end of the FY 2014 CoC Program Competition funding process for the FY 2014 Project Applications.
The FY 2014 CoC Priority Listing, that includes all project applications submitted to the CoC that are either approved and ranked or rejected, must be submitted in e-snaps by 7:59:59 PM ET October 30, 2014. Please allow ample time to complete your FY CoC Priority Listing, and DO NOT wait until the last minute to submit. HUD strongly recommends that Collaborative Applicants submit their applications at least 24 - 48 hours before the deadline. See Section VI. Application and Submission Information of the FY 2014 CoC Funding Notice for application submission and timely receipt requirements for the FY 2014 funding process.
Questions
If you have questions pertaining to e-snaps technical issues, please submit your questions to the e-snaps Ask A Question (AAQ) portal on the HUD Exchange website. To submit a question to the e-snaps AAQ portal, select "e-snaps" from the “My question is related to” drop down list on Step 2 of the question submission process. Beginning at 12:00 AM Wednesday, October 29, 2014 the AAQ will only respond to emergency technical support questions up to the competition deadline of October 30, 2014 at 7:59:59 PM ET. HUD cannot guarantee that any policy, application, or Notice questions will receive a response if they are submitted after 12:00 AM Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Additionally, HUD cannot guarantee a timely response for any questions submitted to the wrong AAQ desk as any FY 2014 funding process questions must be submitted to the e-snaps AAQ.
If you have questions related to the CoC Program Interim Rule or a policy related question, please submit your questions to the CoC Program Ask A Question (AAQ) portal. To submit a question to the CoC Program AAQ portal, select “CoC Program” from the “My question is related to” drop down list on Step 2 of the question submission process.
The AAQ accepts question submissions 24/7. However, responses are usually provided between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.
