HMIS Upgrade Meetings


As many of you are aware, we must comply with the new 2014 HMIS Data Standards, which was recently created and published by HUD+VA+HHS.  This will affect ALL providers currently participating in HMIS.  Our projected upgrade (to the new standards) date is 10/20/14, 6:00pm.  At least one user from your agency must attend one of the meetings below, and will be responsible for training all other users in your agency.  Thank you for your participation and support!
  • HMIS Upgrade Meetings
    • 10/15/14, 2:00pm-3:00pm or 10/20/14, 9:30am-10:30am
    • Registration required (see screenshot below)
      • via Support Portal at hmisadmin.com
      • attend live at Team HMIS HQ or via WebEx
      • this is not a new user training
   

  • If Attending Live at our Office
    • View map + arrive 10 mins early for parking + security
    • Meetings will start on time (do not be late)
    • Electronic devices must be turned off
    • Materials will be provided
         
  • If Attending via WebEx
    • Meetings will start on time (do not be late)
    • Electronic devices must be turned off
    • WebEx link + materials will be emailed prior to meeting
      • Print materials (color printer) prior to meeting
    • Attendees must be in a quiet work environment
    • Must be in front of a computer w/internet
    • Call long distance via land-line (avoid cell phones + headsets)
    • Test your computer's compatibility to WebEx at least one week prior
