In this recording, "Rapid Re-Housing for High-Barrier Households," Alliance Technical Assistance Specialist Kay Moshier McDivitt shares strategies from communities that have successfully re-housed high-barrier households, and discusses the core components of rapid re-housing. A new bill, The Homeless Children and Youth Act (S.2653), proposes to solve the problem of youth and families with children who are homeless or who lack affordable housing by expanding the definition of homelessness.
