Register Today: Effective Management of CDBG Subrecipients Training Module


The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is pleased to announce a series of two-day Effective Management of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Subrecipients trainings. This training provides timely guidance on critical issues regarding the selection and management of subrecipients. Participants will learn:
  • The types of activities subrecipients should carry out
  • How to develop and enforce strong subrecipient agreements
  • How to improve subrecipient performance through training, technical assistance, and monitoring
  • How to develop reliable systems and procedures for tracking subrecipient performance

Who Should Attend?

Effective Management of CDBG Subrecipients is appropriate for any grantee staff who currently manages the CDBG program, especially staff who is less experienced and is considering strengthening its program. Grantees may register for any course location.
Due to limited space, registrations will be reviewed. Please note that a maximum of two staff members per grantee will be allowed to attend.
