Updates to the Annual Performance Reports in e-snaps Now Live

HUD has updated the Annual Performance Reports (APRs) in e-snaps. Recipients with a project funded in FY 2012 under the CoC Program will not access the APR in the same way as in the past (through the e-snaps “CoC Full Annual Performance Report” Funding Opportunity). Recipients reporting on FY 2012 grants that enter data into the e-snaps “CoC Full Annual Performance Report” Funding Opportunity will be required to enter the data again in the appropriate e-snaps APR form. Changes only apply to grants (both new and renewal) funded in the FY 2012 CoC Competition and beyond. Recipients of grants funded in the FY 2011 CoC Competition and prior should continue to access the APR form in e-snaps in the same manner they have for the past few years.

HUD updated its e-snaps CoC APR Guidebook for CoC Grant-Funded Programs and CoC APR Questions Template to explain all of the changes. Recipients must carefully review pages 13 through 16 of the updated e-snaps CoC APR Guidebook for CoC Grant-Funded Programs to understand how to access the appropriate APR based on the funding year of the grant on which it is reporting.

Because HUD did not change any data collection and reporting requirements for client-level data, no HMIS updates are required.

For additional information and resources on the APR, please visit the APR Guides, Tools, and Webinars page on the OneCPD Resource Exchange. If you have any questions about the APR, please visit OneCPD Ask a Question. To submit a question, select "e-snaps" from the "My question is related to" dropdown list on Step 2 of the question submission process.
